Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for daily field construction operations; Manage and coordinate Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and trade partners; Develop and maintain project execution plans, manpower plans, and short- and long-term schedules; Coordinate construction activities across multiple trades to ensure efficient sequencing and minimize conflicts; Monitor project progress against schedule and identify potential delays, conflicts, and resource constraints; Ensure work is installed in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and applicable codes; Oversee quality control activities and ensure deficiencies are identified, documented, and corrected promptly; Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and project safety requirements; Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities; Coordinate system integration and testing activities involving BMS, EPMS, controls, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems; Assist with troubleshooting system integration issues and coordinate resolution between trades, vendors, and commissioning teams; Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, progress, manpower, inspections, and project issues; Support project closeout, punch list completion, commissioning, and turnover.
