Responsibilities
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for Foodservices and Route channels; Consolidate weekly Commercial P&L reporting with commentary; Complete month-end reconciliations, journals and profitability reporting; Support budgeting, forecasting and division-wide management reporting; Analyse customer profitability, purchase price variance, freight and inventory; Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement and site finance to understand performance drivers; Investigate trends and anomalies, identifying issues and turning data into practical commercial insights; Contribute to regular and ad hoc business performance analysis and projects
