Lead Business, Finance and Strategy's delivery across the FIT Program; Set priorities and coordinate Finance participation across requirements, process design, controls, data, reporting and governance; Lead business readiness across people, processes, systems, data, policies, controls and ways of working; Coordinate Finance involvement in testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition to business-as-usual operations; Maintain oversight of program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and operational readiness; Drive the implementation of approved Finance service delivery and target operating model outcomes; Partner with Change Management, Digital and Technology, delivery partners and People and Culture to support adoption and organisational change; Provide clear reporting, executive briefings and decision papers to Finance leaders, program sponsors and governance forums; Lead, coach and support two Finance Transformation Analysts
