Responsibilities
Ensure facility projects comply with governance standards and Management of Change (MOC) requirements; Deliver facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects from design through handover; Coordinate equipment installation and structured handoff to maintenance operations; Integrate EHS requirements into project design and construction; Deliver physical security system installations and infrastructure upgrades; Manage contractor quality, safety compliance, and schedule performance; Incorporate resilience and business continuity requirements into facility project designs; Lead all phases of project delivery including design development, construction management, system testing, and commissioning; Ensure project documentation, permit compliance, and regulatory approvals are maintained; Coordinate project-specific training requirements for operations and maintenance personnel; Control project budgets and forecasts; Continuously improve project delivery performance by tracking schedule adherence and budget accuracy; Lead project teams including internal resources, design consultants, and construction contractors
