Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions; Drive and manage 8D investigations and root cause analysis (RCA); Develop and maintain FAIRs, PPAP documentation, and AQL sampling plans; Provide engineering support to Receiving Inspection including Gage R&R studies and MSA; Support new product introduction (NPI) through validation and risk mitigation (PFMEA); Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems; Perform risk assessment for line/shipment stoppages; Participate in internal and supplier audits; Manage quality-related documentation and procedures.
