Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EHR integrations; Design end-to-end clinical workflows from launch to data export; Conduct onsite client observations to inform product decisions; Build technical fluency in EHR capabilities and constraints; Partner with Design to create intuitive interfaces; Collaborate across squads to sequence work; Guide Enterprise clients through change management and adoption; Define and track adoption and reliability metrics; Prioritize roadmap items including new platforms and reliability work; Create alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Go-to-Market teams.
