Lead the IE organization to define and optimize global systems; Build and develop a high-performing team of Industrial Engineers; Own the development of Manufacturing System Design (MSD); Drive standardization of IE methodologies including SWI, WCT, and SOS; Oversee plant and warehouse layout design; Design warehouse and lineside material flow systems; Establish headcount, labor rates, and efficiency standards; Lead the design-in of ergonomics and WIP management systems; Deploy discrete event simulation and digital twin modeling; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production systems; Support start-up and ramp-up of new factories; Drive continuous improvement through kaizen events.
