Review alerts and work performed by other analysts regarding surveillance, monitoring, investigative reviews, subpoenas, due diligence, and sanctions wire reviews; Escalate alerts, cases, and SARs that do not meet Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) standards; Assist QA Team Lead with administration of QA requirements and procedures; Assess inherent risks and mitigating controls in AML and sanctions risk management procedures; Recommend process modifications through actionable reporting; Document results and maintain QA reports, findings, and correspondence; Coordinate with leadership on QA findings to improve accuracy and timeliness; Develop new reviews to support business processes.
