Prepare and manage Barkly Football League match day operations; Develop and deliver participation plans for the Barkly region; Support the development of junior and youth football pathways; Administer competitions in line with National Policies Handbook and By-Laws; Build strong relationships with AFLNT, league and club presidents, volunteers, committees and other key stakeholders; Drive umpire recruitment and retention across the region; Coordinate match day staff duties and rosters; Support consistent competition operations across the Northern Territory; Assist with information for media activity relating to the region and competition; Support the delivery of Collingwood Football Club Next Generation Academy activities in the Barkly region; Help identify local talent and connect players with academy programmes and opportunities; Work with schools, game development and remote teams to support sustainable participation, clubs, competitions and communities
