Identify and manage internal investigations involving employee theft, fraudulent returns, gift card fraud, and cash-loss activity; Analyze operational data to corroborate allegations and quantify loss; Conduct internal investigative interviews using non-accusatory, fact-based approaches; Prepare concise, persuasive case reports and executive summaries; Safeguard and organize evidence including video and transactional records; Coordinate investigation planning with HR, Asset Protection, and Legal; Support restitution and recovery efforts; Prepare law-enforcement referral packages; Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions; Support training and awareness initiatives for internal-risk prevention
