Responsibilities
Manage the complete project life cycle for healthcare and medical device implementations, lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders, create detailed specifications and solution designs, manage program scope according to client constraints and regulatory requirements, develop and maintain project plans, triage incoming issues and route them to appropriate internal teams, provide technical support to onsite users regarding workflows and feed failures, track issues through to resolution, document open items and known issues for handoff, support customers implementing regulated product data, understand and communicate client needs related to regulatory bodies, partner with Product and Services teams to translate client regulatory workflows, stay current on healthcare regulatory trends, own client and program team communication, work with Account Executives to present milestone reviews, build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders, lead a structured handoff to the ongoing support team, perform periodic travel to clients and offices, pull and push key performance reporting, identify issues and translate data into actionable recommendations, develop executive-level dashboards and business reviews
