Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments; Manage virtualized infrastructure across Azure, Azure Local, and VMware platforms; Support Azure cloud services including Azure Arc and Azure Virtual Desktop; Manage enterprise storage solutions including NAS, SAN, local disks, and Azure Files; Administer and monitor backup and recovery solutions; Support Microsoft 365 services and manage user access, identity, and permissions; Assist with foundational network services and troubleshooting; Manage digital certificates and support certificate lifecycle requirements; Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and support infrastructure-as-code initiatives; Coordinate and execute patch management activities; Create and maintain technical documentation; Partner with Technology teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.
