Lead end-to-end technical scoping, planning, and delivery of integrations between Boltline and customer ERP systems and PLM/PDM systems; Define data mapping, API contracts, and sync logic between Boltline and external systems; Identify and resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations; Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across concurrent integration projects; Document integration architecture and maintain guides and runbooks for integrations; Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and implementation partners; Develop custom scripts to drive non-product development needs
