Own and oversee preparation and filing of all SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related financial statements; Research, draft, and review technical accounting memos for complex transactions; Own equity accounting under ASC 718 and lease accounting under ASC 842; Lead use of Workiva and partner with IT on reporting tools; Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and support annual audit and quarterly review processes; Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing financial reporting team including onshore and offshore resources
