Responsibilities
Partner with Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and plan implementation of Caseware products; Lead evaluation activities including presentations, trials, and pilots; Create and maintain value-driven product demo strategies; Assist in developing customer migration strategies from existing platforms; Act as a bridge between customers and Product teams to translate feedback; Coordinate internally to address customer issues not handled by standard support; Assist in maintaining a product knowledge base.
