Standardize ECN and NPI processes between design release and manufacturability; Partner with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to assess design requirements and provide DFM feedback; Evaluate and implement software automation solutions for test stations; Lead structuring and evolution of the manufacturing execution system; Develop and verify innovative production processes; Use production data to drive decisions on design and process changes; Participate in daily production meetings to resolve manufacturing defects and yield discrepancies; Develop training materials and mentor technicians on assembly processes
