Integrations Product Manager

United States 💼 Full-time🗓 2026-07-30 → 2026-07-31

Blend is a diverse team of problem solvers who believe that the world’s financial resources should be more accessible. Our cloud banking platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and over 330 other financial services firms to acquire more customers, increase productivity, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences. Our software enables our customers to process an average of more than $5 billion in loans per day, making it possible for consumers to reach their financial goals faster and lead better lives. Come do work that matters.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Blend's home lending platform connects to the loan origination systems (LOS) at the center of our customers' operations. When those integrations are deep and reliable, loan teams work in one system, data moves without rekeying, and our clients' sales and fulfillment operations run faster. When they aren't, lenders swivel between systems and every deployment slows down.

This role owns Blend's LOS integrations as a product: the strategy, the roadmap, and the partner relationships behind how Blend connects to our clients' LOS.

MISSION

Make our LOS integrations a reason lenders choose Blend. Own the roadmap, delivery, and quality of our two-way LOS integrations, deliver on committed timelines and strategic-account requirements, and build integration architecture we reuse across clients rather than rebuild for each one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the LOS integration strategy and roadmap, including completion of Encompass two-way sync, Empower two-way sync per the committed roadmap, and the forward path for NetOxygen, Vesta, Loancrate, and others

Represent Blend in partner and client integration meetings, onsites, and working sessions in US time zones (travel required)

Work with product partnerships on LOS vendor coordination, bringing technical requirements and roadmap commitments into partner conversations

Disposition integration requests from strategic accounts, weighing client commitments against roadmap

Define technical requirements for new integration capabilities, including field mappings, sync behavior, error handling, and data quality

Partner with the technical product owner on our globally distributed engineering team, who owns backlog execution and sprint operations for the integration scrum team

Keep a single source of truth for integration scope, status, and open items per client program, and support delivery teams through user acceptance testing and go-live on integration-dependent programs

KEY PARTNERSHIPS

Home lending product leadership (reporting relationship)

Technical product owner on the globally distributed engineering team, who runs the day-to-day backlog while this role sets the broader integration strategy and represents Blend with partners and clients

Engineering leadership and the integration scrum team

Product Partnerships Manager, on LOS vendor relationships and commercial coordination

Customer success managers and delivery leads on strategic-account integration requests

PROFILE

Deep mortgage technology experience is required, not preferred. You have worked directly in the LOS ecosystem — Encompass, Empower, NetOxygen, Vesta, or MeridianLink — and you know MISMO standards firsthand

You are the expert we're hiring, and we expect you to teach. Our team cannot train someone on the mortgage software ecosystem; this person raises the organization's fluency in LOS integrations from day one

5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on technical or integration-heavy products

Reads API specs, data schemas, and field-level mapping documents comfortably, and holds their own in technical design discussions

Can set integration strategy while staying in the weeds with engineering, with a track record of shipping against committed external timelines

Writes requirements engineering can build from without rework

US-based, comfortable collaborating across global time zones, and willing to travel to client and partner sites

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $118,000 – $139,000 (This applies to full time hires. Final offer determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.)

Bonus (if applicable): Eligibility is contingent upon both company performance against established goals and achievement of individual performance objectives.

Equity : Meaningful Restricted Stock Units in public company stock (NYSE: BLND) so you share in Blend’s long-term growth and success.
