Responsibilities
Serve as primary UK & EMEA operational support resource for global physical security system break/fix activities; Support a follow-the-sun operating model in partnership with U.S.-based counterparts; Manage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets globally; Support the operation and maintenance of enterprise physical security systems including access control, CCTV, visitor management, and mass notification platforms; Coordinate vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues; Support small-scale regional and global projects including hardware replacements, system upgrades, migrations, and moves/adds/changes; Assist with regional security system installations and deployment activities; Provide documentation updates, ticket tracking, operational reporting, and status communications; Participate in after-hours or emergency support activities when required; Travel throughout EMEA as needed to support system deployments, troubleshooting, and regional operational requirements
