Responsibilities
Conduct user, customer, and market research to inform product strategy; Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and technical complexity; Lead discovery, planning, and delivery of complex technical initiatives including enterprise integrations; Own and refine the product backlog with clear user stories and technical requirements; Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define solutions and ensure alignment with scalable system design; Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maximize team effectiveness; Drive cross-functional execution by managing timelines, dependencies, and risks; Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle; Serve as primary liaison translating business objectives into technical requirements; Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordinate testing strategies; Define and monitor product success metrics leveraging analytics; Guide feature rollout strategies using feature flagging and phased deployments; Partner with DevOps on release planning, CI/CD practices, and post-deployment validation; Collaborate on API design, data models, and integration strategies; Identify delivery risks and implement process improvements; Act as internal product partner for shared infrastructure needs; Communicate platform investment rationale and reliability metrics to senior leadership.
