Provide comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance for production facilities; Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues; Complete electromechanical component repair and replacement; Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical problems; Participate in safety audits and investigations; Collaborate in planning and scheduling maintenance with planners and supervisors; Manage equipment maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems; Troubleshoot electrical control systems including motors and PLCs; Maintain daily production records, KPIs, and downtime information
