Execute stringing and conductor operations on overhead transmission lines; climb and work on transmission towers and poles; install and maintain conductors, insulators, fittings, and hardware; assist in tensioning, pulling, clipping-in, running blocks, and spacer installation; read and interpret construction drawings, stringing plans, network diagrams, and work packs; conduct job safety analyses, risk assessments, and pre-start checks daily; coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and stakeholders; maintain work-in-progress documentation and quality records; identify and resolve site issues; adhere to site-specific WHS policies and environmental controls.
