Responsibilities
Conduct technical audits of suppliers against IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards; manage supplier lifecycle from sourcing to SOP and service-life support; partner with engineering on DFM to optimize mechanical designs; lead APQP and PPAP deliverables including PFMEAs and Control Plans; define special characteristics for sensor/compute/actuation integration; validate hardware End-of-Line testers and calibration; support Process Verification testing at full production speed; analyze field performance data to drive corrective actions; lead RCCA using 8D methodology for non-conformances; improve QMS for suppliers and Tier 1s.
