Leading key project activities through implementation, go-live and transition into BAU operations; Driving operational readiness, service transition and handover activities; Developing and managing project plans, milestones and delivery priorities; Managing financials, risks, issues, dependencies and governance; Planning and facilitating structured knowledge-transfer and handover sessions; Ensuring documentation, processes and technical artefacts are effectively transitioned; Identifying gaps and proactively driving them through to resolution; Managing relationships across business, technology, operations and third-party vendors/SI partners; Coordinating stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams; Providing clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders; Applying lessons learned from previous releases to improve future delivery; Supporting the continued maturity of delivery and operational ways of working
