Responsibilities
Lead development and ongoing management of product coverage; Monitor and manage underwriting exposures on an individual and portfolio basis; Work alongside partners on new business opportunities to ensure correct pricing and application of coverage; Lead negotiations with MGAs and brokers to successfully win new business and retain renewals; Service, build & maintain relationships with external clients and internal teams; Serve as key referral and escalation point for the Agri underwriting team; Manage the referral process, ensuring timely completion; Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions, correspondence and justification; Attend client meetings and industry functions as and when required; Monitor underwriting service delivery and identify opportunities to streamline processes; Work directly with brokers to underwrite insurance risks in line with product guidelines and influence partner advocacy at all available customer touchpoints
