Partner across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Enterprise Technology to improve spend lifecycle workflows; Design and improve procurement intake, guidance, and workflow experiences; Translate policies and operational needs into business requirements for workflows and automation; Partner with Enterprise Technology to support workflow configuration improvements; Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work; Analyze operational data and metrics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements; Build and maintain operational reporting, KPI frameworks, and workflow performance insights; Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools including training and change management; Improve consistency, controls, and data quality across procurement workflows.
