Monitor and support real-time operation and dispatch of generation assets; Assess plant capability, operating limits, performance trends, and abnormal conditions; Respond to plant events and coordinate effective responses; Use monitoring systems to analyze asset performance and identify issues; Collaborate with Trading, Engineering, and AEMO for operational decision-making; Support troubleshooting, incident investigations, and technical analysis; Contribute to improvements in MSC processes, procedures, and automation; Participate in 24/7 rotating shift roster including handovers and event response
