Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize product roadmap for new market innovations; Partner with engineering to review backlog and ensure timely delivery; Support sales and solutions engineering on technical discovery, POCs, and customer demos; Act as internal and external SME on biometric and identity innovation stack; Support RFP/RFI responses and technical sales conversations; Identify and maintain product configurations and implementation details; Validate and report on capability status and health; Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Info Sec to meet regulatory requirements
