Provide direct leadership to five team managers responsible for the development, realization, and maintenance of the provincial real estate portfolio; ensure strategic financial steering of the department; develop and realize the real estate strategy translated into an integrated multi-year investment plan; oversee the full investment portfolio ensuring coherence between design, construction, renovation, and technical maintenance; develop a long-term vision for asset management; stimulate innovation and digitalization; advise department heads and the delegation on strategic investment and budgetary dossiers; represent the department in organization-wide projects and build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners; monitor service delivery via KPIs and management reporting
