Responsibilities
Develop site-wide operational excellence roadmap aligned with industrial/quality/HSE priorities; Deploy and coach teams on Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma/5S; Optimize production flows and reduce waste (Muda); Improve operational KPIs (Productivity, OEE, lead time, cost of non-quality); Structure problem-solving via DMAIC and pilot Yellow/Green/Black Belt certifications; Deploy Statistical Process Control (MSP) and train teams on control charts; Pilot performance via visual management (AIC) and action plans; Coach managers and operational teams on Lean tools; Ensure result sustainability via standardized operating procedures (SW) and managerial presence (GEMBA); Contribute to Site Steering Committee with performance analysis.
