Coordinate quality lab activities and validate test reports; Ensure compliance with client quality requirements; Manage the Integrated Management System and maintain ISO certifications; Supervise Quality Plan controls; Ensure material traceability and waste disposal; Manage product non-conformities and corrective actions; Interface with clients for quality issues; Collaborate with Production and Technical Office on solutions; Coordinate internal and external audits; Supervise lab instrument calibration and maintenance; Monitor and share quality KPIs; Manage site-wide quality in collaboration with the parent company.
