Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the factory stores and warehouse, Receive, inspect, count and record incoming materials against Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans, Ensure proper identification, tagging, storage and location of all materials, Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory to management, Issue raw materials, packaging materials, accessories and consumables to production against authorized material requisitions, Maintain location-wise and SKU-wise inventory records, Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification, Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to stores and warehousing, accurately and on time
