Design and implement compliance solutions on the Digital Gateway platform, Analyze and optimize business processes including workflow and legal entity management, Lead end-to-end implementation projects from concept to stabilization, Collaborate with business, IT, Risk, and Legal teams to identify and execute initiatives, Manage platform development in Poland including defining and prioritizing local business needs, Create project documentation and user standards, Conduct workshops, presentations, and training for users and stakeholders, Develop and refine process control, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms, Manage initiative backlog and track key milestones, Report progress, risks, and recommendations to business leaders, Participate in global platform roadmap development and implementation of new features
