Responsibilities
Fill, prepare, and analyze spreadsheets and reports containing operational data; Implement and lead processes for telemetry and accident management project monitoring; Format and present indicators for managing generated information; Identify anomalies, analyze them, propose solutions, configure technologies and tools, and track process completion; Manage work bases to ensure procedures are followed correctly by analysts and that incidents are properly addressed; Analyze the correct usage of monitoring programs and technologies; Analyze software problems in the operation and communicate with responsible parties for resolution; Ensure compliance with management code pillars; Track and update productivity indicators; Support client needs while stationed at the client site.
