Responsibilities
Drive EHS culture through engagement and leadership involvement; design and conduct EHS training programs; ensure compliance with Factories Act and environmental regulations; implement corporate EHS policies and standards; oversee daily operational safety and conduct inspections/audits; coordinate Safety Committee meetings and track corrective actions; lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; manage ETP operations and effluent quality monitoring; oversee hazardous waste handling and disposal; maintain EHS management systems; manage EHS OpEx and CapEx budgets; liaise with regulatory authorities; lead risk assessment programs; manage contractor safety systems; develop and test emergency response plans.
