Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and contractors; Lead the engineering team and work with R&D and system architects on solution development; Lead the project team for proposals, timelines, specifications, and costs; Review customer requirements and ensure compliance; Conduct product costing analysis and design optimization; Prepare and present product materials to customers; Liaise with NPI, MFG, and QA teams for equipment build and launch; Define product acceptance criteria and manage the acceptance process; Support field service and manage onsite equipment issues; Manage product improvement programs.
