Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements with Patient Administration, Billing, IT and project teams; Translate requirements into concrete OAZIS configuration and parametrisation; Perform hands-on configuration within the OAZIS / ZORGI Care Admin environment; Analyse existing configuration and identify changes required to support target processes; Prepare and execute functional tests and support business validation / UAT; Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and identify root causes; Assess the impact of configuration changes on interfaces, downstream applications and hospital workflows; Work closely with integration, migration and application teams where configuration affects data exchanges; Support cutover preparation, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation; Document implemented configuration and transfer knowledge to the internal application team
