Manage freehand, nomination, and locally sold ocean export shipments; Execute shipments from booking through final delivery; Coordinate with Ocean Manager and Pricing team for quotations; Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and vendors; Monitor booking placements and vessel schedules; Liaise with customers and overseas offices for updates; Support local sales teams in business reviews and growth opportunities; Ensure accurate documentation and system updates; Monitor shipment profitability and vendor costs; Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements; Participate in process improvement initiatives.
