Responsibilities
Review ITT packages and Employer Requirements to identify scope, risks, and gaps. Develop installation methodologies and spread selection for cable lay, burial, landfall, and seabed intervention. Issue and evaluate subcontractor RFQs and proposals. Provide technical basis for pricing including durations, logistics, and MTOs. Prepare technical proposals and execution plans. Coordinate HSEQ and project controls inputs. Act as technical interface with clients and partners during tendering.
