Responsibilities
Lead architectural design development for assigned high-rise residential projects; Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details; Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages including GFC drawings, schedules, and specifications; Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants; Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals for compliance; Conduct regular site visits to verify execution and design compliance; Identify and resolve design and technical issues during construction; Guide and mentor junior architects and draftspersons.
