Responsibilities
Define and maintain Kit Material Supply (KMS) systems at project or site levels; Enter work orders into databases after reviewing project limitations; Adjust inventory of collection kits based on site reports or project modifications; Troubleshoot and resolve complex kit supply issues; Assist investigator sites with resupply research; Review incoming orders from Investigator Support Team; Customize KMS systems to meet investigator site needs; Support Technical Administrators with database issues; Track and report metrics within agreed timelines; Document and escalate service failures.
