Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory analyses following established procedures and quality standards; Collect samples according to defined sampling plans; Prepare basic calibration standards for equipment and analytical methods; Execute calibrations and routine preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments; Evaluate data quality and validity using basic statistical concepts; Monitor analytical systems, identify deviations, and perform first-line troubleshooting; Record, communicate, and archive analytical results and calibration data; Strictly follow EHS and Operational Discipline System (ODMS) procedures; Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and tools; Escalate non-routine requests to appropriate specialists; Work in rotating shifts as operationally required
