Plan and carry out manufacture of composite parts and demonstrators; Organize workshop activities, materials, consumables and tooling; Support R&D and industrial projects through fabrication, testing, inspection and quality control; Carry out composite repairs, structural bonding, insert installation, assembly and finishing work; Help introduce and validate new equipment, materials and manufacturing processes; Maintain production and test records, monitor stock, and ensure workshop and laboratory safety and efficiency.
