Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations; Develop and implement inventory-control procedures to reduce shrinkage and discrepancies; Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent overstocking and stockouts; Conduct regular physical audits, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; Coordinate with procurement, logistics and production teams for smooth material flow; Analyze inventory data and prepare reports covering usage trends, demand, stock levels and inventory turnover; Implement and maintain inventory-management systems and processes; Lead, train and coordinate warehouse / inventory staff where required; Manage returns, damaged goods and obsolete inventory according to company policies; Coordinate with finance teams for stock valuation and inventory reporting.
