Responsibilities
Lead overall procurement strategy and execution for Civil, Construction, and CAPEX categories; Manage sourcing for civil works, building infrastructure, plant expansion, and engineering services; Develop category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply security; Lead major tenders, contractor selection, and commercial negotiations; Establish procurement governance for large-scale projects; Partner with Engineering and Project teams from planning through close-out; Drive commercial negotiations on complex contracts; Build and maintain a network of qualified contractors and suppliers; Conduct supplier performance management and risk assessment; Lead and develop the Civil & CAPEX Procurement team; Provide procurement insights and market intelligence to senior management
