Responsibilities
Lead the APAC demand planning cycle across markets and product portfolios; Consolidate and critically review country forecasts ensuring changes are supported by clear assumptions and data; Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, conduct root-cause analysis of variances, and drive corrective actions; Identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities to provide insights to regional leadership; Develop scenarios to support decision-making when market or supply conditions change; Partner with country commercial teams to translate market intelligence into demand implications; Constructively challenge forecasts and assumptions where inconsistent with data; Partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align plans; Lead the regional demand review and represent APAC in global reviews; Establish consistent demand planning standards and governance across APAC; Coach country stakeholders on forecasting and analytical thinking; Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data visibility.
