Responsibilities
Supervise on-site quality staff and lead the Quality Inspector in Toluca; Ensure compliance with established processes and client standards; Administer and update the Integrated Management System documentation; Train CEDIS personnel on quality and food safety; Participate in internal and external audits; Conduct floor inspections for quality and safety compliance; Monitor cleaning, calibration, pest control, and sanitation programs; Manage segregation and disposal of non-conforming products; Analyze data to drive corrective actions and process improvements; Lead the food safety team; Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects.
