Responsibilities
Support pre-project solutioning activities including requirement clarification, feasibility assessment, and high-level estimation. Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, timeline tracking, scope management, and governance reporting. Coordinate project execution across SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, production deployment, and go-live. Provide hands-on application support for production incidents, service requests, and defect triage. Monitor BAU production activities for application stability and operational readiness. Liaise with infrastructure, security, network, and vendor teams for implementation and maintenance. Maintain project documentation including plans, issue logs, and risk registers. Support change and release management activities. Assist in vendor coordination including RFP/RFQ support and delivery tracking.
