Structure Delivery processes, rituals, and metrics; transform commercial scopes into project plans and roadmaps; prioritize and organize multiple concurrent projects; plan capacity and allocate resources (devs, QA, UX/UI, DevOps); collaborate with Tech Leads on estimates and timelines; monitor execution and remove blockers; control scope changes and project margins; lead status reports and client/director communication; maintain project documentation and decision logs
