Responsibilities
Take accountability for successful delivery of multiple renewable energy projects from backlog to COD. Manage handover from Business Origination and coordinate contractual/commercial requirements for each SPV. Review and manage key project agreements including PPAs, grid connection, EPC, and O&M contracts. Identify contractual risks and deviations to protect SPV interests. Coordinate with EPC Project Managers to ensure contractual delivery alignment. Support project acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition development. Manage SPV budgets, cash flow, guarantees, and lender reporting.
