Responsibilities
Define pricing for assigned products to support revenue and profitability goals; Review product line performance and implement actions to drive top-line growth and improve margins; Support product rationalization initiatives based on profitability and supplier strategy; Work with Sales and customers to assess future demand forecasts and provide input for capacity management; Support safety stock requirements and manage inventory obsolescence; Coordinate product change requests and ensure implementation according to required processes; Support the Product Manager with P&L reviews and follow up on actions to improve product margins; Support Sales activities including customer visits, presentations, and trade shows; Research and track high-potential project opportunities; Provide second-level product support to customers; Drive the development of new products and product revisions in alignment with the Product Roadmap; Identify customer needs and market opportunities to develop product requirements; Work with Engineering and Marketing to ensure new products have required support materials and documentation for launch; Drive cost reduction and local sourcing initiatives; Contribute to product line strategy development and execution; Participate in the development and execution of product roadmaps; Assist with the development of internal and external product training programs; Provide product support at tradeshows and technical standards associations.
